CASE	The unique identifying number assigned to the specimen sample upon delivery to the lab.
START DATE (yyyy-mm-dd)	The date the specimen sample was delivered to the lab.
LOCATION NAME	The name of the location where the specimen sample was collected.
LATITUDE (Decimal Degrees)	The latitude position in decimal degrees of the location where the specimen sample was collected.
LONGITUDE (Decimal Degrees)	The longitude position in decimal degrees of the location where the specimen sample was collected.
SPECIES NAME	The species identification of the specimen sample.
LIFE STAGE DESCRIPTION	The life stage description of the specimen sample (adult, smolt, fry etc…)
ETIOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION	Etiological findings pertaining to the specimen sample after its analysis by the lab.

NOM DU LIEU	nom de l'endroit où l'échantillon de spécimen a été prélevé
LATITUDE (Degrés Décimaux)	Position en latitude, en degrés décimaux, de l'endroit où l'échantillon de spécimen a été prélevé
LONGITUDE (Degrés Décimaux)	Position en longitude, en degrés décimaux, de l'endroit où l'échantillon de spécimen a été prélevé
NOM DE L'ESPÈCE	identification de l'espèce de l'échantillon de spécimen
DESCRIPTION DU STADE BIOLOGIQUE	description de l'étape du cycle de vie du spécimen échantillonné (adulte, saumoneau, alevin, etc.)
